Welcome To The Whiskey Creek Condo Association
This site is facilitated by the recording secretary of the board of directors, Tim Snyder (Lot 271 - 275), with input from the board members. If you would like to receive news and Official Whiskey Creek Condo Information from the board, you must fill out the opt in form below.
Share your visions, get involved, and help shape the future of our Creek. One person can make a difference. Use the "Contact" page above if you have any questions and your questions will be directed as necessary.
--- NOTICE ---
We have keyed door locks on the bath house. Men's and Women's are keyed alike. We are providing an initial key at no charge. If you have not received a key and are a member in good standing with the association, you can see Tim Snyder for keys. By appointment only.
Tim can be reached through email (preferred) or at (734) 765-6589.
Note; the bath house keys are "non-duplicate-able", which will prevent copying keys for sharing. However, if a key is lost, it can be re-placed via our lock smith and the expenses for the replacement will be the responsibility of the member requesting the key. Replacement keys or additional keys are $10 each and a max of two keys per member
Condo Door Lock FOB's are available to members in good standing. One FOB is issued per member.
One Additional FOB can be purchased per member at a cost of $10. Contact Tim Snyder for FOB's.
